GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

PRICES AND VALIDITY – The prices indicated in the current price list are net of any additional charges and for goods delivered free of charge to our warehouse. Transport costs are normally charged to the customer. ABRATEC S.r.l. reserves the right to make changes without notice.

CHARACTERISTICS – With a view to improving the product, ABRATEC S.r.l. reserves the right to make any changes without notice.

PACKAGING – Unless expressly indicated, the outer packaging is included in the price.

SHIPMENT – Unless expressly indicated, shipments are made by the means deemed most appropriate. The goods travel at the risk and peril of the customer even if in free port. ABRATEC S.r.l. is not liable for damages or misunderstandings attributable to the carrier.

ACCEPTANCE ORDERS – ABRATEC S.r.l. reserves the right or not to accept orders received, possibly sending confirmation or cancellation of the order received. All orders must be addressed to the head office in Florence (FI).

ORDER CONFIRMATION – is understood to be tacitly accepted in all its parts, nothing receiving after 48 hours from the date of sending the “order confirmation” or from the date of receipt thereof in the case of sending by registered letter with return receipt, or fax, or e-mail.

DELIVERY – The delivery terms indicated in the confirmation are respected as far as possible. It does not assume responsibility for delays resulting from force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

PAYMENT – Can be made at the order with a discount of 3% or by bank receipt at 30 days f.m.d.f. net. Payment with other solutions must be expressly requested and accepted at the time of order confirmation.

CLAIMS – Any complaints must be made within 8 days of receipt of goods. ABRATEC S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for any shortage or damage due to tampering or broken packaging.

RETURN – We accept only after explicit authorization and in any case free port within 15 days from the date of invoice.

SAMPLES – They will be charged, unless otherwise agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

Note: For anything not explicitly provided for, the general conditions applicable to commercial contracts of sale apply. For any dispute, between the parties, it is agreed that the competent court is, exclusively, that of Florence.
