INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The processing of personal data will be carried out by paper and/or computer by the owner, manager(s) and agents with the observance of every principle of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. We ask you to promptly report any change in your personal data in order to comply with Article 11 letter (c) of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 which requires the correctness of the data.    a. the origin of the personal data;
   b. the purposes and methods of processing;
   c. the logic applied In case of processing carried out with the help of electronic instruments;
   d. the identity of the owner, manager and representative designated under Article 5, paragraph 2;
   e. the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
   a. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
   b. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
   c. certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4.  The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
   a. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
   b. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys
