More than 20 years of experience enable us to deal with the most sophisticated and precise sanding processes with confidence.<\/p>\n
All our tools are designed with 3D CAD systems based on the customer’s specific requirements and built with modern machine tools. They are equipped with rodents that we produce using the most modern techniques and with various versions of resin, metal or galvanic bonding agents.<\/p>\n
Adjustable diameter honing tools (reamers) used in progressive honing or hole calibration operations are also part of our production program. These tools are supplied either as a single tool or complete with an expansion rod and the necessary adjustment elements.<\/p>\n

We are able to follow the customer during the tooling phase of the machines starting from the drawing of the parts to be machined, designing and realizing the entire range of tools necessary for machining.<\/p>\n
We are able to produce progressive honing tools with any machine connection starting from \u00d8 3 mm in the ED version and \u00d8 5.00 in the sintered version. If the application requires it, we can also produce workpiece gripping equipment.<\/p>\n
