Abratec-Schleifscheiben werden in einer breiten Palette von Produkten mit unterschiedlichen Gr\u00f6\u00dfen und Formen gefertigt – oft auch mittels einer Zeichnung des Kunden selbst. Sie haben eine Umfangsgeschwindigkeit von bis zu 160m\/s und einen Durchmesser von 2.0 mm bis zu \u00fcber 1000 mm.<\/p>\n

Der K\u00f6rper kann aus unterschiedlichen Materialien wie Keramik, Aluminium, Stahl oder einer Zusammensetzung bestehen: je nach Benutzung und der H\u00f6chstgeschwindigkeit wird das geeignete Material gew\u00e4hlt.

Je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Art des f\u00fcr die Schleifscheibe vorgesehenen Arbeitsvorgangs wird die Bearbeitung mit durchlaufendem Band oder angewandt.<\/p>\n
